Dolores Keane, é uma das mais agradáveis cantoras folk irlandesas. Tornou-se conhecida ao formar o grupo de música Celta De Dannan em 1975 com os quais gravou, intermitentemente, alguns álbuns de reconhecida qualidade. Simultaneamente teve uma carreira a solo, entre o Pop e a música tradicional Celta, da qual, infelizmente se desconhecem novidades neste milénio. Para hoje o interesse vai directo para o álbum a solo de 1989 “Lion In a Cage” e a canção com o mesmo nome.
